    As a fan of SGI machines, I am lucky enough to own what I consider one of the prettiest Unix workstations ever made, the SGI O2.

  • Go EyeBO, fetch...

    A title that smells a bit (a lot?) of a lack of inspiration (see Aibo, the real one) to announce the launch of a new project, EyeBO.

    It is not a question for me of any electronic poodle, but of the development of a driver under GPL license for the LCDproc project.

    Hoping that I don’t run out of steam before the end…

  • Apache, https and reverse proxy

    Being stingy always on the lookout for good deals, I take advantage of a free offer to host this site (at 1and1, a company I do not recommend if you have to pay, for many reasons that would be off topic here).

    In short, free often means a bare minimum service (well, even if in my case that is not quite true).
    In fact, what I am really missing is the ability to connect to my site over https.
