About

This site was created a few years ago, at a time when, as a student, I had some free time.

Unfortunately for it, writing has never been one of my favourite pastimes… Still, since there were a few articles that were at least a little interesting, and since it bothered no one, I let it grow old in its little corner of the Web.

But leaving an old CMS in PHP to age moulder being a bad idea, I one day found the motivation to restore it. With water having flowed under the bridge since its beginnings, I put some new knowledge to use to give it a makeover.

And with the same care as an old pharaoh, I prepared it for eternity.

Embalmed by Hakyll, its bandages are adjusted with care (and according to tradition) thanks to a home-made program written in Haskell. And to protect it on its journey to the afterlife (and make the ritual more interesting), the officiant carefully slipped in as many magic amulets as possible.

Failing to have had a good life, it will thus have a good death. May Osiris not judge it too harshly.
